The much-anticipated spin-off of Melbourne’s Chin Chin comes to fruition along a lofty splice of the Sydney’s Paddington known for boisterous eateries and irreverent nightlife. Chin Chin is a bit of both. The space is designed by the firm behind the interiors of The Dolphin, The Paddington Inn and countless other Sydney hotspots. Whitewashed blonde woods mingle with duck feather-topped seats flooded with light from walls of glass facing a Sydney streetscape and ignited by the brand’s signature neon rabbit ears.
